Congress passed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 on 2/17/09. I oppose the bailout in general, but this Act uses tax credits for the stimulus which is something I can agree with.

March statistics showed a slight decrease in price, but the Greater Louisville Area is still not seeing the same type of down turn that is being reported by the rest of the nation. One month’s statistics doesn’t necessarily set a trend, and is not always an indicator of the performance of upcoming months.
